You will not be charged until after your rental session. I understand that motorsports are dangerous, and I accept the risk of serious injury or death in participating in such activities. I agree to hold harmless Engelhart Racing and its agents, contractors, employees, and affiliates in the event of serious injury or death while participating in motorsports-related activities. I understand that I will be held financially responsible for any damage to the kart, engine, parts, safety equipment, or any other items which are the property of Engelhart Racing, its agents, contractors, employees, or affiliates due to incidents occurring on track, in the pit lane or on the grid during my use REGARDLESS OF FAULT.
